Let me start with the bad news first. We are having trouble with our website that should be resolved in 24-48 hours. If www.papcg.org takes you to an error page, just try again in a day or so. I’ll put the status on the blog as well: https://papcg.wordpress.com. On a brighter note, our last meeting with Guest Artist Dayle Doroshow was a resounding success. Our upcoming meeting in June is going to be amazing as well!
Our last meeting of the Guild year is Sunday June 21, 10-4 will be held at our usual location in the Second Floor Community Room at Hillman House.
This meeting is open to the general public, so bring your friends! Interested in the Guild but never attended? Here’s your chance to check us out!

POLYMER CLAY ART RAFFLE JUNE 21 with ONLINE PREVIEW/TICKETS MAY 31
Guild member Terri Powell has been organizing a fantastic end of the year Polymer Clay Art Raffle fundraiser similar to those we’ve had at Polydelphia! in the past. We have received donations from past Guest Artists including Kim Cavender, Grant Diffendaffer, Julie Picarello, Dayle Doroshow, Jane Wynn and others. We have excellent donations from our guild members as well! It’s not too late for you to donate. Help support the Guest Artist program and email us at email@example.com with your plans to contribute.
The event is in raffle format. Tickets are $1 each. Buy your tickets, put them into the bins for the items you want to win, and then it’s the luck of the draw! Drawings will take place on June 21 at the meeting. You do not have to be present to win most items.
We have many items up for bidding, including some like gift certificates from our friends at Polymer Clay Express that will only be available for those attending the event on June 21. Most of our items will be available for online bidding through our Shopsite cart using PayPal. Go to the website tab for Pay for Dues and Classes at www.papcg.org to be directed to the Shopping Cart.
How will you know what to bid on? There will be photos of the items available for preview and advanced bidding on our blog and Flickr site. You can also check out our new Facebook page (search for Philadelphia Area Polymer Clay Guild and become a fan!) When you buy your tickets, just add a note telling us the items you want to bid on and how many tickets go to each one, and we’ll make sure they get to the right bin.
Tickets will be available at the meeting as well. The online feature is for those who may not be able to attend. You do not have to be present to win. We’ll contact you by email to let you know what you’ve won. There will be a charge for shipping via USPS priority mail which you can send via PayPal if you don’t make other arrangements for picking up your winnings.
