Normally, we go on hiatus from June-September. This year, however, we’re taking advantage of some great opportunities:
Opportunity, the First:
Maggie Maggio, co-author of “Polymer Clay Color Inspirations”, will be in town on August 13 to teach “Striped Split Rings: The Power of Color Flow”. The cost of the class is $75 for members, plus a $15 kit fee. Please email Ellen Marshall ASAP (emarshall94@gmail.com) if you plan on taking this class; payment is due by Friday, JULY 29.
Opportunity, the Second:
We will be sharing a table with the NJPCG at BeadFest Philadelphia (held in Oaks this year) from Friday, Aug. 19-Sun. Aug. 21. We need volunteers to “staff” the table, give out information, and answer questions. Also, if you have any pieces that would be appropriate for display, that would be great. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to network, and to spread the word about polymer clay. Please let us know if you’re able to help out!
