Spring is in full bloom and soon enough the hazy lazy days of summer will be upon us. Before life becomes a blur of BBQ’s, beach balls and family vacations why not come out and join us at our next meeting. It’s going to be so much fun and you won’t want to miss it.

Join us for our May meeting.  Amy Sutryn will demo how to make an articulated fish. To join in and make a fish please bring the following.

 

  1. Some clay of your choice, solid colored or a caned sheet. Rolled out 16in long and 1 inch wide, 1/4 inch thick. And another 4 inch sq. Piece for head
  2. 16 pony beads 1/4 inch dia. any color
  3. 15” of monofilament or beading wire
  4. 2mm eye pin
  5.  1 crimp bead
  6. Pretty bead that looks like a bubble
  7. Smaller bead to compliment bubble
  8.  Scrap t shirt material or other medium weight knit
    Enough to make a long strip

  9. Parchment paper
  10. Scissors
  11. Exacto knife
  12. Tissue blade
  13. Toothpick

If you don’t have all the supplies don’t forget that Blue Santa beads has a wide selection.  And members always bring extra supplies to share.
